Shipping Policy

“We Are Committed To Deliver Quality Products Efficiently And Effectively”

We strive to deliver products in perfect condition and the fastest time possible. We are delivering in India only. For metro cities, it will take within 3 – 5 working days, and for outer areas in these cities, it will take 3 – 10 working days from the order confirmation date. For non-metro cities, it may take 3 – 15 working days and for certain remote geographic area, the time for deliveries may exceed 15 working days from the order confirmation date. Generally, We ship from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. There is a possibility that the estimated delivery date vary. We believe in maintaining customer relationships and for that we ship products through reputed courier agencies.

Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

The list price is final and all-inclusive and there are no hidden charges when you purchase on the Clea website. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. We charge shipping costs separately so that we can save on taxes & pass the benefit to you through better discounts.

These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.

The shipping charges can be modified by Clea at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.

 

Return & Refund

Thanks for shopping at Clea. Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. However, we do not have a return or refund policy, but keeping in mind the convenience of customers and the Clea family, we are glad to inform you that a customer can get a replacement only if you have received a damaged product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request by giving us a call at our customer care number 0120-4058583 or email us at wecare@clea.in within 24 hrs of receiving the product.

To be eligible for replacement, here are terms and conditions:

If the product received is not as described then the product should be in proper condition. The item must be in original packaging and unused. The product’s bottle should not be opened or tampered with.

If the product received is damaged then you may have to send pictures for the same.

You need to have a receipt of purchase for both the conditions mentioned above for a replacement.
